Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we’ll help.

1) Return eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or
• An item is missing from your order
You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

2) Items not eligible for return
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Items without original packaging/tags/accessories (if applicable)
• Hygiene/personal-care items (if opened/used), unless damaged/defective on arrival

3) How to request a return/refund

Include:
• Order id
• Issue details
• Photos/videos (and unboxing video if possible)

4) Return pickup / replacement
• If approved, we may arrange pickup (where serviceable) or ask you to ship the product back.
• Replacement will be provided if stock is available.
• If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

5) Refund timeline
• After approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refund will be made to the original payment method (or bank transfer if required)

6) Order cancellation
• Cancellation is possible before the order is shipped
• If already shipped, cancellation may not be possible (you can request return as per eligibility)
